摘要
转向管柱在汽车碰撞过程中是吸能的关键部件。文章介绍了四向可调转向管柱分类及溃缩难点。在轴向静态溃缩基础上,引入装车角度因素,并建立溃缩仿真模型。通过动态溃缩试验结果与仿真模型进行验证,验证了模型的正确性。
Steering column is a key component of energy absorption in the process of vehicle collision.This paper introduces the classification and crash difficulties of four-way adjustable steering string.On the basis of axial static crash,the factor of loading angle is introduced,and the crash simulation model is established.The correctness of the model is verified by the dynamic crash test results and the simulation model.
