摘要 文章提出了一种40GHz垂直传输无引线表面贴装外壳,外壳射频传输端口采用垂直过孔传输,过孔采用空心结构,采用空心过孔传输结构可提高“芯占比”。该射频传输结构包括接地共面波导线-空心过孔-接地共面波导线,通过优化各个不连续处的结构,使外壳应用频率达到40GHz,两个端口的板级测试插损在1.5dB以内,同时该外壳通过了环境和机械试验。该外壳具有优异的高频传输特性和高可靠性。 In this paper,a kind of 40GHz vertical transmission lead-free surface mount shell is proposed.The shell RF transmission port adopts vertical through-hole transmission,the through-hole adopts hollow structure,and the hollow through-hole transmission structure can increase the"core ratio".The RF transmission structure includes grounded coplanar wave conductor-hollow through hole-grounded coplanar wave conductor.By optimizing the structure of each discontinuity,the application frequency of the shell is up to 40GHz,and the board-level test loss of the two ports is less than 1.5dB.At the same time,the shell has passed the environmental and mechanical tests.The shell has excellent high frequency transmission characteristics and high reliability.
