火电厂凝结水泵汽蚀的原因及处理 被引量:1

摘要 火电厂主要为社会生产生活提供电力能源,由于社会用电量急剧增长,一定程度上增加了火电厂的供电负荷,设备运转很容易出现故障问题。凝结水泵作为火电厂的重要设备,长期在高负荷状态下运行,很容易出现汽蚀问题,一旦出现此类问题未能得到及时有效的处理,将导致凝结水中断,机组运行受阻,甚至产生连锁反应,影响到火电厂的供电服务质量。基于此,文章在火电厂凝结水泵汽蚀危害的基础上探讨了汽蚀产生的原因,根据原因,提出有效的解决措施,为火电厂凝结水泵正常运行提供参考。 Thermal power plant mainly provides power for social production and life,because of the rapid growth of social electricity consumption,to some extent increased the power supply load of thermal power plant,equipment operation is prone to failure.As an important equipment in thermal power plant,condensate pump,which has been operating under high load for a long time,is prone to cavitation problems.If such problems can not be dealt with promptly and effectively,it will lead to the interruption of condensate water and obstruction of unit operation,even has the chain reaction,affects the power supply service quality of the thermal power plant.Based on this,this paper probes into the causes of cavitation damage of condensate pump in thermal power plant,and puts forward effective solutions according to the causes,which can provide reference for normal operation of condensate pump in thermal power plant.
