摘要
飞行器的起飞时间是航天测控要素之一,起飞时间需要高度精准可靠,随着技术发展,出现了多种格式的飞行器起飞信号。针对飞行器起飞信号格式不一的问题,设计并实现了多格式信号采集处理模块。多格式信号采集处理模块采用冗余设计,其内含有3个采集板卡,每个采集板卡均能采集3种起飞信号,模块整体能够采集多路多格式起飞信号,对于单种信号,可多路采集处理,选取最优采集结果向后输出。文中主要介绍了信号采集处理模块的硬件电路设计、软件处理判定方法、实时性设计以及冗余备份设计,该信号采集处理模块使用范围广、拓展性强、可靠性高,具有较强的实际应用意义。
The take⁃off time of an aircraft is one of the elements of aerospace measurement and control.The take⁃off time needs to be highly accurate and reliable.With the development of technology,multiple formats of aircraft take⁃off signals have appeared.Aiming at the problem of different aircraft take⁃off signal formats,a multi⁃format signal acquisition and processing module is designed and implemented in this paper.The multi⁃format signal acquisition and processing module adopts a redundant design,which contains three acquisition boards,each of which can collect three kinds of take⁃off signals.The module can collect multiple multi⁃format take⁃off signals.For a single signal,The module could have multi⁃channel acquisition,select the optimal acquisition result and output it backwards.This article mainly introduces the hardware circuit design,software processing judgment method,real⁃time design,and redundant backup design of the signal acquisition and processing module.The signal acquisition and processing module has a wide range of applications,strong expandability,high reliability,and strong practicality significance.
