摘要
针对目前煤矿井下钻探过程中钻孔内复杂情况给施工带来的不利影响,设计一种煤矿井下钻孔内复杂情况可视探测装置,由通缆钻杆、摄像钻头、监测显示设备和检测仪器等组成;通过通缆钻杆和摄像钻头将检测仪器送入孔内指定位置,采用通缆钻杆作为通信载体将检测数据上传,在孔口监测设备上可同时观测图像、自然伽马与钻头姿态等信息,提高现场技术人员对钻孔内复杂情况判断的准确度,为进一步钻孔施工事故处理或地质信息勘察等提供技术保障。
In view of the adverse effect on the construction caused by the complex situation in the borehole during the current coal mine underground drilling,a visual detection device for the complex situation in the borehole is designed,which is composed of a wireline drill pipe,a camera drill bit,a monitoring display device and a detection instrument,etc.The detection instrument is sent to a designated position in the borehole through a wireline drill pipe and a camera drill bit,and the wireline drill pipe is used as a communication carrier upload the detection data,and simultaneously observe the image,natural gamma,bit attitude and other information on the orifice monitoring equipment,so as to improve the accuracy of on⁃site technical personnel to judge the complex situation in the borehole,and provide technical guarantee for further borehole construction accident treatment or geological information investigation.
