注射用黄芪多糖对恶性肿瘤化疗所致骨髓抑制的作用分析

Effects of Astragalus Polysaccharides for Injection on Bone Marrow Suppression Induced By Chemotherapy for Malignant Tumors

目的分析评估恶性肿瘤患者在化疗期间应用黄芪多糖对疗效产生的影响,探究黄芪多糖对于骨髓抑制起到的作用,进而了解黄芪多糖注射在恶性肿瘤治疗中的应用价值。方法选取南方医科大学中西医结合医院肿瘤中心2017年10月至2019年10月收治的恶性肿瘤患者86例进行研究,经回顾性分析将其分为对照组(43例)与试验组(43例),对照组仅进行单一的化疗治疗,试验组在对照组单一的化疗治疗基础上接受黄芪多糖注射治疗,对患者治疗前、治疗4周后血小板(PLT)、血细胞(WBC)以及生活质量指标进行观察,比较两组取得的应用效果。结果试验组经注射治疗之后其外周血PLT、WBC下降程度低于对照组,组间结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组经注射治疗之后其生活质量优于对照组,组间结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论恶性肿瘤患者中应用化疗+黄芪多糖注射治疗可提升其治疗效果,进一步改善其生活质量。患者经过注射治疗之后其外周血相关指标得以改善,可起到防护骨髓抑制的作用,这对于恶性肿瘤患者今后的治疗、护理提供参考。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Astragalus polysaccharides(APS)on the therapeutic effect of malignant tumor patients during chemotherapy,to explore the effect of APS on bone marrow suppression,and to understand the value of APS injection in the treatment of malignant tumor.Methods A total of 86 patients with malignant tumor were selected from the Cancer Center,Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Southern Medical University,from October 2017 to October 2019.They were divided into control group and experimental group by retrospective analysis,43 cases in each group.The experimental group received Astragalus Polysaccharide Injection on the basis of the control group.PLT,WBC,and quality of life indexes were observed before and 4 weeks after the treatment,and the application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The decrease of PLT and WBC in peripheral blood of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Hb level between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The quality of life of the experimental group was better than that of the control group after injection treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chemotherapy plus astragalus polysaccharide injection can improve the therapeutic effect and guarantee the quality of life of patients with malignant tumor.After the injection treatment,the peripheral blood related indexes of patients can be improved,which plays a protective role in myelosuppression,which provides a reference for the future treatment and nursing of patients with malignant tumors,and is worth promoting.
