治疗牙髓炎或根尖炎应用氢氧化钙糊剂联合根管治疗术的疗效分析

Treatment of Pulpitis or Apicitis with Calcium Hydroxide Paste and Root Canal Therapy

目的分析采用氢氧化钙糊剂联合根管治疗术对治疗牙髓炎或根尖炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析内蒙古科技大学校医院2017年11月至2019年11月进行牙髓炎或根尖炎治疗的患者120例,按照治疗方式的不同将患者分为对照组和试验组,每组60例。对照组行常规碘仿氧化锌丁香油糊剂联合根管治疗术,试验组行氢氧化钙糊剂联合根管治疗术,比较治疗前后两组患者的痛感程度以及治疗后患者的临床效果、患者的各项牙指数情况。结果治疗前,两组痛感程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组痛感程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组患者治疗总有效率为68.33%,明显低于试验组95.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组牙出血明显少于对照组,且试验组牙龈红肿与牙菌斑指数改善情况均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过比较两组患者治疗前后的痛感程度及治疗后的临床效果可知,采用氢氧化钙糊剂联合根管治疗术,可以有效缓解并改善牙髓炎或根尖炎所带来的痛感程度,并有效提高临床效果,改善各项牙指数情况。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of calcium hydroxide paste combined with root canal therapy in the treatment of pulpitis or apical periodontitis.Methods A total of 120 patients with pulpitis or apexitis treated in Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology Hospital from November 2017 to November 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the method of random number table,the patients were divided into control group and experimental group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine iodoform zinc oxide clove oil paste and root canal therapy,and the experimental group was treated with calcium hydroxide paste and root canal therapy and the patients'dental index.Results Before the treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);after the treatment,the pain degree of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 68.33%,significantly lower than 95.00%in the experimental group(P<0.05).After treatment,the tooth bleeding in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the improvement of gingival redness and plaque index in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion By comparing the pain degree of the two groups of patients before and after treatment and the clinical effect after treatment,we can know that calcium hydroxide paste combined with root canal therapy can effectively alleviate and improve the degree of pain caused by pulpitis or apical periodontitis,and effectively improve the clinical effect and the dental index,which is worthy of widespread promotion and application.
