口腔显微镜下治疗上颌第一磨牙根管治疗和再治疗的效果观察

Effect of Dental Microscope in Root Canal Treatment and Retreatment of Maxillary First Molar

目的观察口腔显微镜下对上颌第一磨牙根管进行治疗和再治疗的应用效果。方法选取2019年2月至11月,山东省临沂市兰陵县人民医院进行上颌第一磨牙根管第一次治疗和再治疗的患者,各50例,将第一次进行治疗的50例患者采用随机数字表法分成对照1组和研究1组,各25例。研究1组给予口腔显微镜下治疗,对照1组采取直视下治疗。将再治疗的50例患者采用随机数字表法分成对照2组和研究2组,各25例。研究2组给予口腔显微镜下治疗,对照2组采取直视下治疗。分别对比第一次治疗和再次治疗患者中研究组和对照组的治疗效果。结果研究1组治疗有效率高于对照1组;研究2组治疗有效率高于对照2组。研究1组VAS评分低于对照1组;研究2组VAS评分低于对照2组。组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在上颌第一磨牙根管治疗及再治疗中采取口腔显微镜进行治疗,其治疗效果显著,具有较高的临床治疗价值,能够有效缓解患者各项患牙临床症状和体征,恢复患者的口腔咀嚼功能,缓解疼痛。

Objective To observe the effect of using dental microscope to treat and re-treat the root canals of maxillary first molars.Methods From February to November 2019,50 patients who underwent the first treatment and retreatment of the root canal of the maxillary first molar at People's Hospital of Lanling County were selected,and the 50 patients who received the first treatment were randomly divided into controls group 1 and study group 1,25 cases in each.The study group 1 was treated under a dental microscope,and the control group 1 was treated under direct vision.The other 50 patients who were retreated were randomly divided into control group 2 and study group 2,each with 25 cases.The study group 2 was treated under a dental microscope.The control group 2 was treated under direct vision.The treatment effects of the study group and the control group in the first treatment and retreatment patients were compared,respectively.Results The effective rate of study group 1 was higher than that in the control group 1.The effective rate of the study group 2 was higher than that in the control group 2.The VAS score of study group 1 was lower than that of control group 1.The VAS score of the study 2 group was lower than that of the control 2 group(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the root canal treatment and retreatment of the maxillary first molar,the treatment effect of microscope is significant and has high clinical value.It can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and signs of the patient and restore the patient’s oral cavity,improve chewing function,and relieve the pain.
