内镜下黏膜切除术同内镜下胃肠道息肉夹除的效果对比

Comparison Between Endoscopic Mucosal Resection and Endoscopic Gastrointestinal Polyp Clipping

目的探索胃肠道息肉行内镜下夹除术治疗或内镜下黏膜切除术治疗的临床应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月涟水县人民医院收治的148例胃肠道息肉病患者作为研究对象,按数字随机法分为对照组接受内镜下胃肠道息肉夹除手术治疗和观察组接受内镜下黏膜切除术治疗,对比两组临床效果,计算各组患者术后并发症发生率及1年内疾病复发率,检测对比两组患者治疗前后免疫功能及炎症因子水平变化。结果观察组患者临床治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。同时观察组患者术后并发症的发生率、1年内疾病复发率相较对照组较低(P<0.05)。另外,观察组患者免疫功能相应指标均明显优于对照组,炎症因子水平白介素-1β(IL-1β)为(11.02±1.15)ng/mL、白介素-6(IL-6)为(144.19±13.07)pg/mL、白介素-8(IL-8)为(0.78±0.22)ng/mL、白介素-12(IL-12)为(95.35±9.76)pg/mL均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃肠道息肉患者行内镜下黏膜切除术手术治疗效果确切,安全性高,且对调节患者免疫功能、炎症均有良好作用,值得临床运用且推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic clipping or endoscopic mucosectomy for gastrointestinal polyps.Methods Selected from January 2018 to January 2019 in Lianshui County People's Hospital treated 148 cases of gastrointestinal tract polyp patients as the research object,according to the number of random method is divided into control group receiving endoscopic surgery for gastrointestinal polyp folder and observation group received endoscopic mucosal resection treatment,compared two groups of clinical effect,calculate the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with the disease recurrence and 1 years,compared two groups of patients before and after treatment the immune function and inflammatory factor levels change.Results The clinical treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the incidence of postoperative complications and disease recurrence rate within 1 year in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the levels of inflammatory factors such as IL-1(11.02±1.15)ng/mL,IL-6(144.19±13.07)pg/mL,IL-8(0.78±0.22)ng/mL,and IL-12(95.35±9.76)pg/mL were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic mucosal resection in patients with gastrointestinal polyps is effective and safe,and has good effects on the regulation of immune function and inflammation,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
