双切口入路治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的效果观察及临床价值探究

Effect Observation and Clinical Value Experience of Double Incision Approach in the Treatment of Complex Tibial Plateau Fractures

目的探究双切口入路治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的效果及临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2016年4月至2019年4月泰州市第二人民医院收治的50例复杂胫骨平台骨折患者作为研究对象,依据切口入路方法将患者分为两组,对照组25例患者给予单切口入路治疗,观察组25例患者接受双切口入路治疗。比较两组患者的手术指标、膝关节功能及术后疼痛程度,分析两组患者的并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的引流量少于对照组,手术耗时以及术后愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的膝关节功能评分明显高于对照组,术后疼痛评分以及并发症发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双切口入路治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的效果显著,且安全性较高,具有推广应用的价值。

Objective To explore the effect and clinical application value of double incision approach in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 50 patients with complex tibial plateau fracture admitted to Taizhou Second People's Hospital from April 2016 to April 2019 as the study objects.The patients were divided into two groups according to the incision approach.25 patients in the control group received single incision approach,and 25 patients in the observation group received double incision approach.The operative indexes,knee joint function and postoperative pain of the two groups were compared,and the complications of the two groups were analyzed.Results Analysis of the surgical indicators of the two groups of patients showed that the drainage of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group,and the operation time and postoperative healing time were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);The knee joint function score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the postoperative pain score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion The double incision approach is effective in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures,and has high safety,which has the value of wide application.
