不同方法治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果评价

The Clinical Effect Evaluation of Different Treatment Methods for Senile Vaginitis

目的探究不同方法治疗老年性阴道炎的临床价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年2月山东省德州市宁津县妇幼保健院收治的100例老年性阴道炎患者,按数字表法随机分为观察组(雌二醇联合抗生素治疗)和对照组(单纯抗生素治疗)各50人。对比两组患者治疗效果。结果相比于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率(94.0%)较高(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血清雌二醇、黄体生成激素、卵泡刺激素各指标水平和生活质量各指标评分改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论相比于单纯抗生素治疗,对于老年性阴道炎运用雌二醇联合抗生素治疗,能够提高治疗效果,有效改善患者的血清激素水平和生活质量,同时其治疗安全性较高,不会显著增加不良反应的发生。

Objective To explore the clinical value of different methods in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods From January 2018 to February 2019,100 patients with senile vaginitis admitted in Ningjin County Maternal and Child Health Hospital were randomly divided into observation group(estradiol combined with antibiotic treatment)and control group(single antibiotic treatment),50 persons each.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate(94.0%)in the observation group was higher(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not significantly different(P<0.05),and the scores of serum estradiol,luteinizing hormone,follicle stimulating hormone and quality of life in the observation group were improved more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with antibiotic therapy alone,estradiol combined with antibiotics for senile vaginitis can improve the therapeutic effect,effectively improve the serum hormone level and quality of life of the patients,and its treatment safety is higher,without significantly increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.
