中医骨伤手法联合中药内服治疗神经根型颈椎病临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Bone Injury Manipulation Combined with Oral Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的研究分析中医骨伤手法联合中药内服对神经根型颈椎病的临床治疗效果。方法选取兴化市第五人民医院2018年5月至2020年1月诊治的104例神经根型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组52例。对照组患者接受中药内服单一治疗,治疗组患者在此基础上联合中医骨伤手法治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率96.15%高于对照组69.23%(P<0.05);治疗组疼痛评分为(2.89±0.46)分低于对照组的(4.65±0.53)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率3.84%与对照组5.77%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相较于常规的中药内服治疗方法,中医骨伤手法联合中药内服治疗神经根型颈椎病患者具有更为确切的治疗效果,能够显著改善患者的临床症状,减轻患者的疼痛程度,不良反应发生未明显增加,安全可靠,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods A total of 104 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated in Xinghua Fifth People's Hospital from May 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 52 cases in each group.The control group received single treatment of oral Chinese medicine,while the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with bone injury manipulation.The treatment effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.15%higher than that of the control group 69.23%(P<0.05);the pain score of the treatment group was(2.89±0.46)points,which was lower than that of the control group(4.65±0.53),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 3.84%and that in the control group was 5.77%,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional Chinese medicine oral treatment,traditional Chinese medicine bone injury manipulation combined with Chinese medicine oral treatment has more exact treatment effect,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the degree of pain,adverse reactions did not significantly increase,safe and reliable,worthy of clinical promotion.
