常规MR检查诊断肩袖损伤的临床价值

Clinical Value of Routine MR Examination in Diagnosis of Rotator Cuff Injury

目的对肩袖损伤临床诊断中应用常规MR检查的效果进行分析。方法选取滨海康达医院2019年1月至12月接收的80例肩关节疾病患者作为研究对象,使用常规MR检查对所有患者的病情进行诊断,以关节镜检查判断诊断结果,对常规MR检查的诊断准确度以及诊断分级情况进行分析。结果关节镜检查结果显示,患有肩袖损伤的患者有60例,占比75.00%,常规MR诊断拥有88.75%的准确率以及93.33%的敏感度;诊断为阳性的患者有56例,患者病情为0级、1级、2级、3级的比率分别为1.79%、16.07%、62.50%、19.64%。结论在肩袖损伤诊断中使用常规MR检查,具有非常高的诊断准确率以及灵敏度,能够有效地对患者进行诊断分级,具有非常高的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of routine MR examination in clinical diagnosis of rotator cuff injury.Methods Eighty patients with shoulder joint disease admitted to Binhai Kangda Hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.Routine MR examination was used to diagnose the condition of all patients.Arthroscopic examination was used to judge the diagnosis results,and the diagnostic accuracy and classification of routine MR examination were analyzed.Results According to the arthroscopic examination,60 patients with rotator cuff injury had a proportion of 75.00%,the accuracy and sensitivity of routine MR diagnosis was 88.75%and 93.33%,respectively.Fifty-six patients were diagnosed positive,the proportion of 0,1,2 and 3 grades was 1.79%,16.07%,62.50%,and 19.64%,respectively.Conclusion The use of routine MR examination in the diagnosis of rotator cuff injury has a high diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity,with a high clinical value.
