区域协同治理是推动长三角区域一体化发展的重要力量。面对管理职能发挥不足、法律依据支持不够、考核激励机制不健全、合作交叉重复等问题,长三角区域需要加强协调组织管理职能、补充协作立法法律依据、出台行政协议管理办法、完善利益协调长效机制、搭建合作信息共享平台、创新地方考核评估方式,不断完善协同治理机制,以此推动区域更高质量一体化发展。

Regional coordinated governance is an important force to promote the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.In the face of insufficient management functions,insufficient legal basis support,incomplete assessment and incentive mechanisms,and overlapping cooperation,the Yangtze River Delta region needs to strengthen the coordination of organization and management functions,supplement the legal basis for collaborative legislation,issue administrative agreement management methods,improve long-term interest coordination mechanism,build cooperative information sharing platforms,innovate local evaluation methods,and continuously improve coordinated governance mechanism to promote higher-quality integrated development in the region.
