摘要
透明质酸(HA)作为细胞外基质的一个重要成分,具有良好的非免疫原性和生物相容性,在药学领域具有良好的应用前景。在肿瘤治疗中,经透明质酸修饰后的药物具有:水溶性提高、体内滞留时间延长、疗效增强、不良反应降低等特点,且具有独特的肿瘤靶向性和良好的生物相容性。介绍了透明质酸修饰药物的常见策略,并结合近年来透明质酸运载药物抗肿瘤作用的研究现状,阐述了透明质酸修饰药物的种类及其在肿瘤治疗应用中的研究进展。
As an important component of extracellular matrix,hyaluronic acid(HA)has a good application prospect in the field of pharmacy because of good non-immunogenicity and biocompatibility.In cancer treatment,drugs modified by HA possess increased aqueous solubility and prolonged residence time in body so as to greatly enhance therapeutic efficiency and increase biocompatibility.On the basis of recent studies,the latest developments of drugs modified by HA for tumor targeted therapy including the HA modification strategies,drug species and the application for tumor targeted therapy were summarized.
