Legal analysis of identification of occupational exposure infection in COVID-19 epidemic

医务人员是战胜疫情的中坚力量,由于主客观因素,有些人员因职业暴露被感染甚至献出生命。从法律角度对疫情中职业暴露感染的医务人员的工伤认定,工亡人员与烈士认定的区分进行梳理,以完善立法,为职业暴露导致的人身伤害提供法制保障。

Medical personnel are the backbone of the fight against the epidemic,due to subjective and objective factors,some occupational exposure was infected and even gave their lives.To identify occupational exposure infection of injury suffered on the job in the epidemic,the distinguish of the death caused by infection at work and martyr,from the legal point of view,this paper analyzed the legal issues of occupational exposure in the epidemic,to provide legal protection for occupational exposure.
