中小城市医疗美容纠纷的成因和对策分析--以江西省赣州市为例

摘要 近几年全国的医疗美容行业蓬勃发展,跟北上广深相比中小城市受到人才匮乏、资金短缺等限制,医疗美容行业在迅速发展的同时暴露出更多的问题:因人才短缺导致的违规执业和非法行医、受利益驱动的超范围经营、侵权发生后不积极救治等。针对这些问题,中小城市的医疗美容机构应该多措并举,稳定人才结构,提升服务能力;借助法律专家、律师的力量,了解法律风险,妥善处理医疗纠纷;进一步提升社会责任感,保障医疗美容行业的长远、健康发展。 The medical cosmetology industry booming in recent years in our country.Compared to the big cities like Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Shenzhen,small and medium-sized cities is limited by shortage of talents and funds.Cosmetic industry in small and medium-sized cities expose more problems with the rapid development,such as irregularities and illegal practice medicine caused by shortage of talents,operation beyond scope driven by the interests,and no active treatment after the infringement etc.To solve these problems,medical cosmetology institutions should pay more attention to stable personnel structure,improve service ability,operate legally with the help of legal experts and lawyers,and properly handle medical disputes,further enhance social responsibility to ensure the long-term and healthy development of the medical cosmetology industry.
