摘要 目的探讨PDCA循环(Plan-do-check-action Cycle)在改进医院教学质量管理中的应用效果。方法选择2017年4月—2019年11月在本院学习的82名临床实习学生作为研究对象,便利取样法分为研究组(PDCA循环法)与对照组(传统管理)两组,每组各41名。比较组间临床实习学生的出科成绩、教学问题发生率、教学满意率。结果研究组教学后临床实习学生的操作成绩为(82.92±9.75)分、理论成绩为(90.42±8.28)分、教学问题发现率为7.32%、教学满意率为90.24%,均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环法有助于发现并解决临床实习学生的教学问题,提高学生的教学满意度与出科成绩,值得使用。 Objective Discuss the application effect of Plan-do-check-action Cycle(PDCA cycle) in improving hospital teaching quality management.Methods 82 clinical intern students who studied in our hospital from April 2017 to November 2019 were selected as study subjects.Theywere divided into a research group(41 cases,PDCA cycle method) and a control group(41 cases,traditional management) according to convenient sampling method.The clinical performance of the students in the group,the incidence of teaching problems,the rate of teaching satisfaction were compared.Results After the teaching,the clinical practice operation score(82.92±9.75),theoretical score(90.42±8.28),teaching problem discovery rate(7.32%),and teaching satisfaction rate(90.24%) in the research group were higher than the control(P<0.05).Conclusions The PDCA cycle method is helpful to discover and solve the teaching problems of clinical intern students,and improve students’ satisfaction on teaching and completion grades,which is worth adopting.
