Summary of Research on System Maturity Assessment of Non-Lethal Weapon Equipment

为有效应对反恐防暴任务和复杂非战争军事行动,需要提高非致命武器的系统性能,尤其需要在研制过程中综合考虑技术、费用、性能、生物效应等的系统成熟度,以提高非致命武器的作战效能。通过综述国内外武器装备技术成熟度和人体效应成熟度的研究现状,对武器装备,特别是非致命武器装备的系统成熟度进行了详细分析,对我国非致命武器人体效应成熟度和系统成熟度的研究趋势进行了展望,以期推动非致命武器的科学发展和本质安全化设计,将其全寿命周期系统风险控制在研制阶段。

In order to effectively respond to the future anti-terrorism and anti-riot misson and complex Non-war Military Operations,it is necessary to improve the system performance of non-lethal weapons,especially the system maturity based on technology,cost,performance,biological effect,etc.in the development process,so as to improve the work of non-lethal weapons combat effectiveness.By summarizing the research status of technology maturity and human effect maturity of weapon equipment at home and abroad,the system maturity of weapon equipment,especially non-lethal weapon equipment,was analyzed in detail,and the research trend of human effect maturity and system maturity of non-lethal weapon in China was prospected,in order to promote the scientific development and intrinsic safety design of non-lethal weapon,and to control the systematic risks of its life cycle system in the development stage.
