摘要
对身管武器内膛铜垢的去除,采用无铅或者少铅除铜剂替代原有的除铜剂。对不同的低熔点金属除铜效果进行了比较,说明金属铋和以金属铋为主体的低熔点合金是良好的除铜剂材料,介绍了锡铋、铟铋、铅铋合金与铜扩散情况的研究进展。同时指出除铜剂的熔点以及与铜之间的润湿性、扩散性等是未来的研究方向。
Aiming at the problem of removing the copper scale in the inner chamber of the barrel weapon,the substitution of lead-free or less lead copper remover for the original lead copper remover was proposed.The results show that bismuth and bismuth alloys with low melting point are good copper-removing materials,and the research progress of the diffusion of sn-bismuth,indium-bismuth,lead-bismuth alloys and copper are introduced.At the same time,the melting point of the copper remover and the wettability and diffuseness between copper and it are the future research directions.
