某防御战车行进间射击炮口动态扰动特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于多体动力学及有限元理论,建立了包含底盘和发射装置的某弹炮结合防御战车刚柔耦合动力学模型,基于谐波叠加法,对战车行驶路面进行了数值重构,通过与战车行驶、射击试验数据的对比验证了模型的正确性。对战车行进间射击时,发射装置不同调转工况及不同行驶速度进行了数值计算,计算结果可为掌握弹炮结合战车行进间射击时的炮口扰动规律以及制定发射装置调转控制策略提供依据。 A rigid-flexible coupled dynamics model of a missile-gun integrated defense vehicle including the driving part and the launcher part was established based on multi-body dynamics and finite element method.The stochastic road irregularities were simulated by means of the sinusoid superposition method.The accuracy of the model was verified by driving and firing experiments.When the vehicle was firing on the move,numerical calculation were carried out for different transfer conditions of the launcher part.The results provide an important reference to grasp the muzzle disturbance law when the missile and gun combination vehicle was on the move,speed requirements of the vehicle and set transfer strategy of the launcher part.
