基于动力吸振器的舰炮径筒减振分析 被引量:1

摘要 在舰炮连续射击工况中摇架的振动总位移较大,在径筒部位安装动力吸振器进行振动抑制,将径筒结构简化成为带有集中质量的悬臂梁,计算径筒的受迫振动和加入被动式动力吸振器后的受迫振动参数,使用Matlab进行编程,计算两种情况下径筒的响应值。然后对安装在径筒部位的吸振器的参数进行优化搜索,使发挥最佳效果。 In the continuous firing condition of naval gun,the structure of naval gun will produce severe vibration under various variable loads.According to the previous analysis,the total vibration displacement of the rocker was large,so the upper diameter cylinder of the rocker was selected as the analysis model,and the vibration suppression was carried out by installing the dynamic vibration absorber.The diameter tube structure was simplified into a cantilever beam with concentrated mass.The forced vibration characteristics of the diameter cylinder and the forced vibration characteristics of the diameter cylinder after adding the passive dynamic vibration absorber were calculated and programmed with Matlab.The response of the diameter cylinder in two cases was calculated Then the parameters of the vibration absorber installed on it were optimized and searched to make it play the best effect.
