浅埋炸药冲击试验台架数值模拟方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 以某浅埋冲击试验台架为研究对象,引入新型爆炸粒子算法PBM模拟冲击波,用离散单元法DEM模拟土壤,构建近距浅埋冲击试验台架仿真模型,分析不同DEM粒子半径对仿真结果的影响;建立了任意拉格朗日-欧拉算法的完整模型,对比两种模拟方法的仿真结果;通过开展实爆试验表明PBM-DEM粒子算法计算结果与试验结果更接近,计算准确度更高。 A shallow buried impact test bench was regarded as the research object.A new type of explosive particle algorithm(PBM)was introduced to simulate shock waves while the discrete element method(DEM)was adopted to simulate the soil.Accordingly,a short-range shallow buried impact test bench simulation model was established and the influence of different DEM particle radius on the simulation results was analyzed.Meanwhile,a complete model by arbitrary Lagrange Euler algorithm was built and the simulation results obtained from the two simulation methods were compared.The actual explosion tests were carried out and the numerical results were validated by the experimental data.It was concluded that the numerical results by PBM-DEM particle algorithm were closer to the experimental results and the corresponding calculation accuracy was also higher.
