摘要
通过基于多元概率统计法的公差分析方法对闭锁机构装配间隙进行预测,并采用协方差矩阵描述二维尺寸公差之间的变动与关联。通过实例对比分析了传统统计公差尺寸链的计算和多元统计公差计算的特点,验证了该方法的有效性,可为自动武器的设计制造提供参考。
The assembly clearance of locking mechanism was predicted by tolerance analysis method based on multivariate probability statistics method,and covariance matrix was used to describe the variation and correlation between two-dimensional dimensional tolerances.The characteristics of traditional statistical tolerance dimension chain calculation and multivariate statistical tolerance calculation were compared and analyzed by examples.The effectiveness of the method was verified,which can provide reference for the design and manufacture of automatic weapons.
