摘要
为快速实现超手册修理方案设计,在拉伸条件下考虑实际修理中双面贴补结构的阶梯末端截面积变化的复合材料层合板双面贴补修理模型以及无附加层、一附加层和二附加层结构的阶梯型挖补修理结构解析分析模型,分析复合材料层合板双面贴补和阶梯挖补修理效果。解析模型采用理想的弹塑性曲线作为胶膜剪切应力-应变曲线,使用最大剪应变准则作为失效判据计算胶膜的失效载荷。解析得到了胶接修理后接头极限载荷的连续结果,分析结果表明,双面贴补搭接长度在一定范围内的提升可以有效提高接头强度,阶梯挖补阶梯数及附加层数的增加都可以有效提高阶梯挖补接头强度。
In order to design repair process quickly for repair out of the SRM,this paper established composite laminates analytical model both for double lap joints contains the details of stepped end and scarf repair without extra plies,with one extra ply and with two extra plies under tensile load.The ideal elastic-plastic curve was used as the shear stress-strain curve of the adhesive,and the maximum shear strain criterion was used as the failure criterion to calculate the failure load of the adhesive.The analysis results show that the strength of the joints can be effectively improved by increasing the overlap length of double lap patching within a certain range,and the strength of the joints can be effectively improved by increasing the number of steps and extra plies.
