应激源对足球裁判员决策满意度的影响:积极应对方式和应对效能的链式中介作用

Effect of Stressors on Football Referees'Decision Satisfaction:Chain Mediating Role of Positive Coping Style and Coping Effectiveness

目的探讨应激源、积极应对方式、应对效能和足球裁判员决策满意度的关系。方法采用应激源量表、积极应对方式量表、应对效能量表和决策满意度量表对206名足球裁判员进行调查。结果与结论1)应激源、积极应对方式、应对效能和决策满意度之间两两显著相关,且应激源显著负向预测决策满意度。2)积极应对方式和应对效能在应激源和决策满意度之间起显著的中介作用。具体为3条中介路径:一是积极应对方式的单独中介作用;二是应对效能的单独中介作用;三是积极应对方式和应对效能的链式中介作用。

Objective To explore the relationship between stressors,positive coping styles,coping effectiveness and football referees'decision satisfaction.Methods A survey of 206 football referees was conducted using a stressor scale,a positive coping style scale,a coping effectiveness scale and a decision satisfaction scale.Results and Conclusion 1)Stressors,positive coping styles,coping efficacy and decision satisfaction were significantly correlated,and stressors significantly negatively predicted decision satisfaction.2)Positive coping style and coping efficacy play a significant mediating role between stressors and decision satisfaction.There are three mediating paths:one is the independent mediating role of positive coping style;the second is the independent mediating role of coping effectiveness;the third is the chain mediating role of positive coping style and coping effectiveness.
