国民体质监测结果对学校体育教学的启示

Suggestions on Physical Education Teaching Based on Results of National Physical Monitoring

运用文献资料法、统计分析法、逻辑推理等方法,对我国2005、2014年两次国民体质监测的儿童青少年身体素质数据做统计对比分析。结论:儿童青少年身体素质下降的总趋势下,存在性别、素质、年龄阶段等方面的具体差异与规律;主要表现在:男性儿童青少年身体素质较女性下降幅度明显;儿童青少年力量素质和柔韧素质下降幅度最大;男生力量素质下降幅度较女生大,且涉及多个项目;高中阶段后,学生多项身体素质呈下降趋势,尤其是大学生的身体素质发展堪忧。启示:需要把握学生素质现实,切实遵循学校体育教学要求与规律;需要进一步调整体育教学内容结构;需要加强体育与健康教学的协调与融合,保障学生体育健康知识、技能、意识的统一;需要做好大学体育教学正式学习与非正式学习的有机结合。

By using the methods of literature review,statistical analysis and logical reasoning,this paper makes a comparative analysis on the physical fitness data of children and adolescents in 2005 and 2014.Conclusion:under the general trend of the decline of children and adolescents'physical fitness,there are specific differences and rules in gender,quality,age stage and so on.The main manifestations are as follows,the physical quality of male children and adolescents is significantly lower than that of women.The strength quality and flexibility quality of children and adolescents decreased the most.The strength quality of male students decreased more than that of female students,and involved in many projects;after high school,many physical qualities of students showed a downward trend,especially the development of college students'physical quality was worrying.Enlightenment:it need to grasp the reality of students'quality and follow the requirements and laws of school physical education.It is necessary to further adjust the content structure of physical education,strengthen the coordination and integration of physical education and health teaching to ensure the unity of students'sports health knowledge,skills and consciousness,combine the formal learning and informal learning in college physical education.
