北京市门头沟区农村饮用水监测微生物指标结果分析 被引量:9

Surveillance results and analysis of microbiological indicators of rural drinking water from Mentougou District,Beijing City

摘要 目的分析2015年-2018年北京市门头沟区农村饮用水微生物污染状况,为提高农村饮用水水质及卫生防护提供科学依据。方法依据GB/T 5750.12-2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法》,对2015年-2018年北京市门头沟区农村饮用水微生物检测结果进行分析及评价,检测数据利用SPSS 17.0软件进行分析。结果 2015年-2018年共检测农村饮用水样本981件,微生物指标合格394件,合格率为40.16%。2015年-2017年合格率呈下降趋势,2018年采取措施后,合格率有所提升;丰水期合格率(30.56%)低于枯水期合格率(52.34%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=47.65,P<0.05)。结论北京市门头沟区农村饮用水微生物指标合格率低,水质卫生状况不容乐观,通过采取复采样等干预措施后,微生物合格率有向好趋势。相关水质监管部门应加大监督管理力度,完善消毒措施,进一步提高农村饮用水卫生水平,保障人民饮水安全。 Objective To analyze the microbial contamination of rural drinking water in Mentougou District from 2015 to 2018,so as to provide scientific basis for improving rural drinking water quality and health protection.Methods Based on the GB/T5750.12-2006 Health Standard for Drinking Water,the results of microbiological examination of drinking water in Mentougou District from 2015 to 2018 were analyzed and evaluated,and the test data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software.Results From2015 to 2018,a total of 981 water samples were collected,394 samples of microorganisms were qualified,and the passing rate of microorganisms was 40.16%.From 2015 to 2017,the qualified rate showed a downward trend,and after the measures were taken in 2018,the qualified rate was improved.The qualified rate in wet season( 30.56%) was lower than that in dry season( 52.34%),and the difference was statistically significant( χ2=47.65,P<0.05).Conclusion The qualified rate of microbial indicators in rural drinking water in mentougou district is low,and the water quality is not optimistic.After taking the intervention measures such as resampling,the qualified rate of microbial indicators shows a positive trend.The related departments should strengthen supervision and management,improve disinfection measures,so as to improve the quality of rural drinking water and ensure the safety of drinking water for the people.
