针状焦制备研究进展

Research progress on preparation of needle coke

煤沥青作为煤焦油加工的主要产品,可用于加工煤系针状焦,且表现出多方面优势。煤系针状焦的特征为强度高,低硫,热稳定性强。对针状焦的结构及性能、生产现状及应用、生产工艺等方面进行了综述讨论,分析得出了针状焦在生产过程中存在的问题,并对针状焦的发展趋势给出了建议。

As the main product of coal tar processing,coal tar pitch can be used to produce coal-based needle coke and shows many advantages.Coal-based needle coke shows high strength,low sulfur and strong thermal stability.This paper summarizes and discusses the structure,performance,production status and application of needle coke.The problems in the production process of needle coke are analyzed,and some suggestions on the development trend of needle coke are put forward.
