百万扩招政策不仅是党中央、国务院为经济发展蓄力、为改善民生赋能的重大举措,更是促进高职院校可持续发展的强劲动力。对于商科类高职院校来说,生源及生源需求的多样化,对学校的静态和动态资源、教学和机制供给、管理理念和方式等都带来巨大影响。为保证人才培养质量,高职院校应不断完善教育教学管理理念,制定多元化人才培养方案,全方位制定人才培养保障机制。

The policy One Million Enrollment Expansion is a major measure taken by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to accumulate strength for the sake of economic development and people's improved livelihood.It also functions as a strong driving force for vocational colleges'sustainable development.For business colleges,the diversified student sources and their various demands make an impact on the colleges in many aspects from static and dynamic resources,teaching mode to management mechanism.In order to ensure the quality of personnel training,we should constantly increase our awareness of new concepts,lay down diversified personnel training programs and formulate a comprehensive assurance mechanism.
