不同果型益智果实挥发油GC-MS分析 被引量:6

摘要 为分析比较不同果型益智果实挥发油含量和成分,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其化学成分进行分析。结果表明,8种不同果型益智果实挥发油含量为1.12%~1.94%,从中共鉴定出73个化合物,主要为萜类及含氧衍生物,其中共有化合物46个,主要有圆柚酮、蓝桉醇、p-聚伞花烃、氧化蛇麻烯II、L-芳樟醇等,各成分含量差异较大。挥发油中含量最高的成分均为圆柚酮,相对含量为18.42%~38.84%。研究表明,不同果型益智挥发油含量和成分存在较大差异,研究结果为益智的进一步开发利用奠定了一定的理论依据。 In order to analyze and compare the content and components of volatile oils from Alpinia oxyphylla Miq.fruits with different fruit types,the volatile oils are extracted by steam distillation method,and the chemical components are identified by GC-MS.The results show that the content of volatile oils in Alpinia oxyphylla Miq.fruits of eight different fruit types is 1.12%~1.94%,and 73 compounds are identified,they are mainly terpenes and oxygen-containing derivatives,among which,there are 46 common compounds,mainly are nootkatone,globulol,p-cymene,humulene epoxide II,L-linalool etc.,and the content of each component is quite different.The component with the highest content in volatile oils is nootkatone,the relative content is 18.42%~38.84%.The research results show that there are obvious differences in the content and components of volatile oils from Alpinia oxyphylla Miq.fruits with different fruit types,the experimental results have provided a theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq..
