Salt is not only an essential condiment in daily life,but also one of the important substances related to the national economy and people's livelihood.In this paper,the current situation and system reform of salt industry in China is summarized and analyzed,the main problems of salt industry in China are explored,the development and status of salt industry system reform are analyzed,hope to provide ideas and references for the healthy and orderly development of salt industry in China.
