摘要 食盐不仅是日常生活中必不可少的调味品,更是关系到国计民生的重要物质之一。文章对我国食盐行业现状及盐业体制改革进行了综述分析,探索我国食盐存在的主要问题,分析了盐业体制改革的发展及现状,以期为我国食盐产业健康、有序发展提供思路和参考。 Salt is not only an essential condiment in daily life,but also one of the important substances related to the national economy and people's livelihood.In this paper,the current situation and system reform of salt industry in China is summarized and analyzed,the main problems of salt industry in China are explored,the development and status of salt industry system reform are analyzed,hope to provide ideas and references for the healthy and orderly development of salt industry in China.
