摘要
结合集装箱码头装卸设备系统运行机理,基于系统科学中的熵理论,从状态不确定性的角度对设备故障状态进行研究,分析设备故障状态不确定性的计算方法,提出以设备故障状态对设备组成系统造成的结果价值为目标的集装箱码头装卸设备故障状态评价模型,计算了以结果价值为参数的集装箱码头装卸设备故障状态的熵,并应用于实际算例。验证了熵理论在研究集装箱码头装卸设备故障状态的可行性,以及结果价值参数在判断设备故障状态中的作用。
Combined with the operation mechanism of container terminal handling equipment system,based on entropy theory in system science,this paper studied the equipment fault state from the point of view of state uncertainty,analyzed the calculation method of equipment fault state uncertainty,put forward an evaluation model of container terminal handling equipment fault state aiming at the resultant value of equipment composition system,calculated the entropy of container terminal handling equipment fault state with resultant value as a parameter,and applied it to an actual example.This paper verifies the feasibility of entropy theory in studying the fault state of loading and unloading equipment in container terminals,and the role of the result value parameter in judging fault states of equipment.
