论宪法学教学范式改革评价指标的构建

摘要 教学范式改革本质上是教学理念、教学方法和教学内容的转型,回归学生、回归学科、回归师生关系是核心内涵。宪法学教学范式改革是贯彻青少年法治发展战略、科学评价教学效果、提升教学质量的必然要求,其关键是在教学性原则、相干性原则、典型性原则和系统性原则的基础上,围绕教学理念、教学内容、教学方法、教学设施和教学效果等“一级指标”构建具体的评价指标内容。 The reform of teaching paradigm is essentially the transformation of teaching idea,teaching method and teaching content.Its core connotation is to return to students,subject and teacher-student relationship.The reform of the teaching paradigm of constitutional jurisprudence is an inevitable requirement for carrying out the legal development strategy of youth,scientifically evaluating the teaching effect and improving the teaching quality.Its key point is to construct the concrete evaluation index content around the teaching idea,the teaching content,the teaching method,the teaching facility and the teaching effect on the basis of the teaching principle,the coherence principle,the typical principle and the systematic principle.
