大数据背景下智慧城市建设路径探析——以西安市为例

Analysis on the Path of Smart City Construction under the Background of Big Data,Taking Xi’an as an Example

随着智慧地球理念的普及,智慧城市建设正在全球各地蓬勃发展。智慧城市建设应该立足于大数据时代背景之下,利用好大数据,挖掘出大数据对城市建设的价值,使得城市建设真正实现“智慧”。文章以西安智慧城市建设为例,在简要界定大数据与智慧城市等概念的基础上,探讨了大数据及智慧城市的相互关系,对西安智慧城市建设的成就和存在的问题进行归纳和梳理,初步提出了西安建设智慧城市的对策建议。

With the popularization of the concept of smart earth,the construction of smart cities is booming all over the world,and major cities in China are actively integrating into the tide of the smart earth.The construction of smart cities should be based on the background of the big data era,using good data to dig out the value of big data for urban construction,and make urban construction truly realize“wisdom.”Taking Xi’an smart city construction as an example,this paper discusses the relationship between big data and smart city on the basis of briefly defining the concepts of big data and smart city,and summarizes the achievements and existing problems of Xi’an smart city construction.The countermeasures and suggestions for building a smart city in Xi’an were put forward.
