“十四五”江苏海洋经济空间发展策略研究

Research on the Spatial Development Strategy of Jiangsu Marine Economy during the“14th Five-year”Plan Period

在文献分析的基础上,从海洋支柱产业、海洋战略性新兴产业、海洋其他产业三方面对江苏省海洋经济空间拓展现状和海洋经济空间发展方面存在的不足进行了分析,并围绕海洋产业结构转型升级、海洋产业发展深度拓展、海洋产业发展高度提升等关键问题,从提升海洋第三产业占比、加快全产业链基地建设、加快科技创新三个层面,提出了"十四五"期间江苏海洋经济空间优化发展的对策建议。

On the basis of literature analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation of Jiangsu province’s marine economic space expansion and the shortcomings of marine economic special development from three aspects of marine pillar industry,marine strategic emerging industry and other marine industries.Focusing on the key issues such as the transformation and upgrading of marine industrial structure,the in-depth development of marine industry,and the promotion of marine industry development height,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the optimal development of Jiangsu marine economic space during the“14th Five-year”Plan period from three aspects:increasing the proportion of marine tertiary industry,accelerating the construction of the whole industrial chain base,and accelerating scientific and technological innovation.
