多元诊疗方式综合集成的新概念医院——以收治新冠病毒感染者为例

New Concept Hospital Integrated of Multiple Diagnosis and Treatment Methods:A Case Study of Patients Infected with COVID-19

针对现行收治新型冠状病毒感染患者的医院普遍单一化地采用"医患混在"诊疗方式,导致医护人员感染概率较大和防护伤害大、医护人员配置结构不合理、一次性防护服具消耗过多、人文关怀欠缺等方面的问题,提出由隔联诊疗、新风头罩诊疗、医患混在诊疗、人工智能医疗机器人与类人医护资源诊疗等多元诊疗方式综合集成的新概念医院理念。新概念医院按照防护级别分区,针对新型冠状病毒感染者的临床分型,配置实施不同诊疗方式的医护人员,有助于减少医护人员被感染与受防护伤害的概率,使患者尽可能得到收治,得到更优质的诊疗,降低诊疗消耗与成本。

The author analyzes that there are many problems caused by the current“doctor-patient mixed”diagnosis and treatment method in the hospitals for the patients infected with COVID-19,such as a high probability of infection and great protection damage for medical personnel,unreasonable structure of medical personnel,excessive consumption of disposable protective clothing,masks,goggles and lack of humanistic care.In response to these problems,the author proposes a new concept hospital integrated of multiple diagnosis and treatment methods such as isolation-contact diagnosis and treatment,fresh air hood diagnosis and treatment,doctor-patient mixed diagnosis and treatment,artificial intelligence medical robot and humanoid medical resource diagnosis and treatment.The new concept hospital is divided into different protective areas according to the protection level,and for the clinical classification of COVID-19 infections,configure medical personnel implementing different diagnosis and treatment methods.It helps to reduce the probability of medical personnel being infected and injured by protection,so that patients can be admitted and treated as much as possible and get better quality diagnosis and treatment,and reduce consumption and cost of diagnosis and treatment.
