摘要
大健康产业支撑体系由科技创新资源、要素资源和环境资源三大系统组成,囊括10小类资源。基于系统论的视角,构建"科技-要素-环境"三维支撑模型,在图形上表现为一个由x、y、z三维向量组成的科技-要素-环境网络空间,三个维度向量之间以及各维度所包含的要素之间互不相容,各自独立,且具有不可替代性。三维支撑体系中的任何一个资源系统都是必需的,缺一不可。要保证大健康产业发展的稳定性和可持续性,需要建设一个自主可控的大健康产业支撑体系。
the supporting system of comprehensive health industry is composed of three systems: scientific and technological innovation resources, element resources and environmental resources, including 10 small types of resources. Based on the perspective of system theory, the three-dimensional support model of "science and technology-element-environment" is constructed, which is graphically represented as a science and technology-element-environment cyberspace composed of three-dimensional vectors of x, y and z. The three dimensional vectors and the elements contained in each dimension are incompatible, independent and irreplaceable.Any resource system in the three-dimensional support system is necessary and indispensable. To ensure the stability and sustainability of the development of comprehensive health industry, it is necessary to build an independent and controllable support system for comprehensive health industry.
