东北地区文化产业与旅游产业耦合协调发展研究——基于2012—2018年面板数据的实证

Research on Coupling and Coordinated Development of Cultural Industry and Tourism Industry in Northeast China——Empirical Study Based on Panel Data in 2012—2018

以东北地区的辽宁、吉林和黑龙江三省作为研究对象,根据2012—2018年文化产业与旅游产业的综合面板数据,运用改进熵值法、耦合协调度模型和Pearson相关系数等研究方法,分析东北地区文化产业与旅游产业综合发展水平及二者耦合协调发展状况。研究表明东北地区文化产业与旅游产业的耦合协调度呈现波动上升态势,但变化幅度不大;文化产业与旅游产业协调发展水平整体状况不佳,三省均处于失调状态;从协调发展类型看,东北三省均属于文化产业滞后型。结合文化产业与旅游产业协调发展现状,东北地区应该发挥区域资源优势、创新文化旅游产品、以市场为导向促进文化产业和旅游产业协调发展。

In this paper,Liaoning,Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces in Northeast China are taken as the research objects,the comprehensive panel data of cultural industry and tourism industry in 2012-2018 are collected,and the research methods such as improved entropy method,coupling coordination degree model and Pearson correlation coefficient are used to analyze the comprehensive development level of cultural industry and tourism industry in Northeast China and their coupling and coordination development status.The results show that:the coupling and coordination degree of cultural industry and tourism industry in Northeast China is fluctuating and rising,but the change range is not large;the coordinated development level of cultural industry and tourism industry is not good as a whole,and the three provinces are in a state of maladjustment;from the perspective of the type of coordinated development,the three provinces in Northeast China are lagging behind in cultural industry.In view of the current situation of the coordinated development of cultural industry and tourism industry in Northeast China,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the coordinated development of cultural industry and tourism industry from the perspectives of giving full play to the advantages of regional resources,innovating cultural tourism products and taking the market as the guide.
