丙基硝基胍改性2,4-二硝基苯甲醚的成型性及力学性能 被引量:1

Molding and Mechanical Properties of DNAN Modified by N-Propyl-N′-Nitroguanidine

摘要 为了研究丙基硝基胍对2,4-二硝基苯甲醚(DNAN)成型性及力学性能的改善情况,通过混合物的熔融状态、测试混合物熔点研究两者互熔性;通过对∅40 mm药柱的外观及X光检测数据研究了丙基硝基胍对2,4-二硝基苯甲醚成形性及缺陷分布的影响;通过显微镜观察DNAN及互熔物结晶凝固过程并对样品形貌进行分析;通过测试样品的抗压、抗拉强度研究丙基硝基胍对2,4-二硝基苯甲醚力学性能的影响。结果表明,丙基硝基胍与2,4-二硝基苯甲醚在试验条件下具有良好的互熔性;丙基硝基胍的加入改善了2,4-二硝基苯甲醚的成形性,产品缺陷减少;互熔物的晶体生长方式由快速粗壮树枝状结晶转变为缓慢细小树枝状结晶;互熔物的抗拉强度达到了DNAN的7.37倍、抗压强度提高到1.84倍,力学性能获得明显的改善,相对密度得以提高。研究表明,丙基硝基胍的加入可明显改善2,4-二硝基苯甲醚的成形性及力学强度。 In order to study properties of DNAN modified by N-Propyl-N′-nitroguanidine(PrNQ),moulding and mechanics characteristics were characterized.The intersolubility of DNAN and PrNQ was studied through fusible state and melting point of the intermixture.Its formability and defects were detected by shape and X-ray on∅40 mm cast.The crystal process of DNAN and intermixture was observed through photic microscope.The mechanical properties of tensile and compression were tested by material testing machine.The results show that the intermixture has a well performance on meltting.The moulding characteristics and defects of DNAN are improved by adding PrNQ.The mode of crystal process are changed from quick thickness prismatic crystal to lentitude exiguous prismatic crystal.Its tensile intensity of the intermixture is enhanced to 7.37 times compared with DNAN,and the compression intensity to 1.84 times.Those exhibitions indicate that PrNQ can improve the molding and Mechanical Properties of DNAN.
