摘要
为了研究区域管制空域对机场容量的限制,提出一种基于细胞传输模型的区域容量评估方法。首先,基于细胞传输模型对区域进行建模;其次,以区域容量作为目标函数、以细胞容量为限制条件构建混合整数线性规划模型;最后,采用遗传算法进行求解。经过与TAAM(total airspace and airport modeler)仿真软件的验证结果表明误差小、精度高,说明该方法可对区域容量进行准确评估。
In order to identify the limitation of regional controlled airspace(also referred as region)on airport capacity,a regional capacity assessment method based on cell transport model was proposed.Firstly,the region was modeled based on cell transport model.Secondly,mixed integer linear programming model was constructed with regional capacity as the objective function and cell capacity as the constraint condition.Finally,genetic algorithm was used to solve the problem.Then the results were compared with the simulation results by total airspace and airport modeler(TAAM)simulation software.It shows that the error is small and high precision.The method can accurately evaluate the regional capacity.
