摘要
登陆作战中部队跨海投送需要大规模动员民船,民船装载能力要与军事装载需求匹配,可根据其基本参数来估算军事装载面积。选取4种典型民船,通过回归分析方法初步得到面积函数,结合岭回归进行参数调优和局部加权回归增强函数非线性拟合度;然后使用MATLAB和SPSS分别进行数据回归处理和函数拟合,得到4种民船的装载面积函数。通过大型民船装载面积估算值与标准数据对比,表明此方法准确率较高,可为未来大规模动员民船军事装载方案拟定提供参考。
Mobilizing civilian ships on a large scale is required for projecting troops across the sea during landing operations.The loading capacity of civilian ships must match the requirements of military loading.The military loading area needs to be estimated in the light of the basic parameters.With four typical civil ships chosen,the area function is primarily obtained by the regressive analysis method.In combination with the ridge return,the parameters are adjusted and optimized.The local weighted regression is applied to improve the non-linear fitting degree of the function.Then,the MATLAB and SPSS are respectively applied to data regression processing,and function fitting,upon the basis of which the loading area functions of the four civil ships are thus obtained.After comparing the estimated values with the standard data,it is found that this method is quite high in accuracy.The method is proved to be able to provide certain reference for working out schemes of mobilizing civilian ships on a large scale for military loading in the future.
