摘要
为了解决青岛地铁1号线贵州路站至西镇站区间隧道四线大断面爆破施工难题,基于爆破安全规程中爆破振动强度影响因素,通过调整炮孔布置、控制装药量、选择合适的微差爆破间隔时间等方法,将爆破振动影响降低到最低限度。然后,对爆源附近的地面建筑物进行实时振动监测,根据萨道夫斯基公式,运用MATLAB对实测数据进行回归分析,计算出爆破地震波衰减系数K和α值,得到爆破地震波传播衰减公式。最后结合工程实际,提出隧道爆破振动控制技术。从爆破效果来看,爆破开挖方案合理,取得较好的社会效益和经济效益。
In order to solve the difficult problems in the construction of large-section blasting for the four-line tunnel in the section between the Guizhoulu Station and the Xizhen Station of Line One of the Qingdao Metro,and upon the basis of considering the influential factors of blasting vibration intensity in the blasting safety regulations,the effect of the blasting vibration is reduced to the minimum by adjusting the blast hole layout,controlling the charge,and selecting the appropriate short-delay blasting intervals and other methods.Then,the real-time vibration monitoring of the ground buildings near the blasting source is carried out,upon the basis of which the MATLAB is used to perform the regression analysis of the really-monitored data according to the Sadowski formula to calculate the blasting seismic wave attenuation coefficient and the value of,and to obtain the blasting seismic wave propagation attenuation formula.Finally,combined with the actual engineering practice,the tunnel blasting vibration control techniques are proposed.From the perspective of blasting effects,the blasting excavation schemes are found to be rational,with good social and economical benefits achieved.
