温改性沥青添加剂AA的最佳掺量与施工温度研究 被引量:2

摘要 为研究沥青温拌改性外加剂AA的最佳温拌效果以及掺量,通过室内沥青及混合料试验,证明了2%~4%掺量时的AA能够显著降低沥青的高温黏度,可使碾压温度降低24~27℃,达到温拌效果。依托贵州铜仁S203预防性养护工程,验证了在实际应用中2%~4%掺量时的AA能够降低施工温度,改善施工和易性,提升路面质量,而且能够减少烟尘排放、节约施工能耗。 The indoor asphalt and asphalt mixture tests are carried out in order to study the optimum warm mixing effects and the optimum dosage of the warm modified asphalt additive AA.The results of the tests show that asphalt additive AA can significantly reduce the high-temperature viscosity of asphalt,lower the rolling temperature 24~27℃,and make it achieve the warm mixing effect when the dosage is kept to 2%~4%.With the construction of the preventive maintenance project S203 at Tongren of Guizhou as the technical background,the dosage of 2%~4%of additive AA is proved in practical applications to be able to lower the construction temperature,improve the construction accommodation,and better the pavement quality.Besides,it can also help reduce the smoke emissions and save the energy consumption needed by the construction.
