隧道防水板敷设综合施工技术

On the Comprehensive Construction Techniques for Laying Waterproof Plates in Tunnels

新建赤峰至京沈高铁喀左站铁路工程CFSG-3标段的建平隧道使用防水板自动挂铺台车、红外线激光定位仪、超声波热熔焊机和自动爬焊机等主要施工设备进行防水板敷设、热熔垫圈准确定位、防水板焊接等,有效解决了防水板人工挂铺作业劳动强度大、施工质量不能保证等问题,经济和社会效益良好。

During the construction of Contracted Section CFSG-3 between Chifeng and the Kezuo Station of the Beijing-Shenyang High-Speed Railway,the newly-built Jianping Railway Tunnel is built by means of the waterproof-plates-auto-laying trolley,infrared-laser positioning meters,supersonic hot melt machines,the auto-climb welders and other main construction equipment,which are used for laying waterproof plates,welding waterproof plates and the like.The hot melt gaskets are also used in the project for accurately positioning the waterproof plates.Upon the basis of applying the above-mentioned construction equipment and techniques,both the problem of the great intensity of work in manually laying waterproof plates and the great difficulty in ensuring the quality of the project are solved and overcome,with very good economical and social effects achieved.
