Attitude,Method and Stance——Interpretations of Xi Jinping’s View of Foreign Culture

文化自信是一个民族、一个国家对自身文化价值与意义的高度认同和积极践行。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记在建构中华民族高度文化自信的同时,系统、全面地阐发了对待外来文化的态度、立场和方法,形成了科学的外来文化观,即对待外来文化要有开放包容的态度、取长补短的方法和心存警惕的立场。

Cultural confidence is a nation’s or a country’s high recognition and positive practice of its own cultural value and significance.While constructing Chinese nation’s high cultural confidence,general secretary Xi Jinping has systematically and comprehensively expounded the attitude,method and stance to treat foreign culture since the 18th CPC National Congress.Therefore,a scientific view of foreign culture has been formed,including an attitude to be open and tolerant towards foreign culture,a method to learn from others’strong points for complementary and a stance to keep cautious.
