摘要
在快速城市化进程中,对工业城市建筑火灾风险评估缺少针对性的指标体系,使得火灾风险评估趋同化,不能很好地指导城市的消防规划。以马鞍山市中心城区为研究对象,构建基础数据库,运用SPSS评估分析,建立城市建筑火灾风险的分类分级评估体系,最终基于GIS技术计算出城市可视化的建筑火灾风险评估分布图,为制定城市防灾策略和消防规划提供有效依据。
In the process of rapid urbanization,there is a lack of targeted index system for architecture fire risk assessment of industrial city,which makes the fire risk assessment tend to be similar and can not guide the fire planning of the city well.Taking Ma’anshan city centreas the research object,this paper constructs a basic database and then uses SPSS to evaluate and analyse it,so as to establish a classification and grading evaluation system of architecture fire risk.Finally,the visual architecture fire risk assessment distribution map of the city has been worked out based on GIS technology,which provides effective basis for further disaster prevention strategies and fire planning of the city.
