基于标准化建设理论的高校学生社团管理研究

A Research on the Students’Association Management in Colleges and Universities Based on the Theory of Standardization Construction

高校学生社团是高校校园文化建设和学生思想政治教育的重要阵地,在繁荣校园文化、落实立德树人根本任务方面发挥了重要作用。当前,高校学生社团数量较多、管理相对松散,存在社团管理机制不全、活动质量不高、资源保障不够等问题。高校应在学生社团的组织设置、思想教育、制度建设、骨干培训、管理机制等方面实施标准化建设,保证其规范运行、切实发挥作用。

Students’association is an important position for the construction of campus culture as well as the ideological and political education of students in colleges and universities,which plays an important role in the prosperity of campus culture and the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education.At present,there are a large number of student associations in colleges and universities,and the management is relatively loose.There are some problems,such as incomplete management mechanism,low activity quality and insufficient resource guarantee.Therefore,colleges and universities should implement standardization construction in the aspects of organization setting,ideological education,system construction,backbone training and management mechanism of student associations,so as to ensure the standardized operation and practical role of students’associations.
