铵-胺盐强化硫化体系中硅孔雀石浮选动力学研究 被引量:3

摘要 浮选过程是一个非常复杂的物理化学过程,受到诸多内外因素的影响。为了研究在一段时间内硅孔雀石的浮选行为受活化剂种类的影响规律,对其进行浮选动力学研究就显得尤为重要。分别考察选用NH4HCO3、ENP、ENP与NH4HCO3组合铵-胺盐作为活化剂,对硅孔雀石的强化硫化作用进行浮选动力学研究。首先在不同条件下对硅孔雀石进行分批刮泡浮选试验,通过MATLAB计算出不同条件下的K,构建了不同浮选体系下硅孔雀石的浮选动力学模型并分别得到其R2值。研究结果表明,硅孔雀石在碳酸氢铵与乙二胺磷酸盐组合铵-胺盐的体系中的浮选速率常数比在单一的碳酸氢铵、乙二胺磷酸盐体系中要高,从而引起硅孔雀石回收率的增加。 Flotation is a very complex physical and chemical process,which is affected by many internal and external factors.In order to study the influence of activators on the flotation behavior of chrysocolla in a certain period of time,it is particularly important to study the flotation kinetics.In this study,the flotation kinetics of the enhanced sulfuration of chrysocolla by ammonium bicarbonate,ethylenediamine phosphate,ethylenediamine phosphate and ammonium bicarbonate was studied.Firstly,batch flotation experiments were carried out under different conditions.Then,the flotation rates of chrysocolla under different conditions were calculated and the flotation kinetics was fitted.The flotation kinetics models of chrysocolla under different flotation systems were constructed.Kinetics study shows that the flotation rate constant of chrysocolla in the system of ethylenediamine phosphate and ammonium bicarbonate combination ammonium-amine salt is higher than that in the system of single ammonium bicarbonate and ethylenediamine phosphate,which results in the increase of the recovery of chrysocolla.
