产教融合背景下高职跨境电商人才培养影响因素分析

Analysis on Influencing Factors of Cross-border E-commerce Talent Training in Higher Vocational Colleges Under the Background of Integration of Industry and Education

以素质洋葱模型为基础,构建高职跨境电商人才培养模型。通过问卷调查表明,师资水平和企业文化的影响最大,人才培养体系和企业提供跨境实践实习影响次之,实训教学建设和开展现代学徒制影响较小,教学方法和教学手段、培训晋升和激励机制影响最小。根据研究结果给出提高高职跨境电商人才培养质量的对策。

A model of cross-border e-commerce talent training in higher vocational colleges is constructed based on the onion competency model.The results of questionnaire survey show that the influence of teacher’s level and enterprise culture is the greatest,the influence of the talent training system and the cross-border practice and internship provided by enterprises is the second,the influence of practical teaching construction and carrying out modern apprenticeship system is less,and the influence of teaching methods and teaching means,training promotion and incentive mechanism is the least.Based on the research results,the countermeasures to improve the quality of cross-border e-commerce talent training in higher vocational colleges are put forward.
